At Crepdog Crew, we strive to ensure your streetwear and sneakers fit perfectly, but we offer a seamless return process for eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the original packaging is intact to qualify for a return or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Pack your items securely in the original Crepdog Crew packaging; our team will review your request to ensure the product is unworn and in its original condition.

  Pickup & Logistics

  Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address through our trusted courier partners at a scheduled time.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes final inspection, we will issue a store credit or dispatch your exchanged size within 3-5 business days.
